The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.

The end-game of this position is for the right person to share in a majority ownership of the business after the current owner steps away.

Key Tasks

You won’t be going at these alone, but you will be leading the way. You will also bring your own experience in to set the next goal for the business.

  1. Setting up Sales/Marketing department in an highly competitive environment. We’ll need to stand out above others, or have a well-defined niche. We also need to do this with a very small budget. (might have to do a bunch of phone calls)
  2. Build relationships with customers and provide services to current clients in a reliable and high quality manner which they have already come to expect.
  3. Expand the company vision to take it to the next level – more clients, more profits, making the world a better place (see our company vision).
